Do games influence military and procurement strategy. Simple answer is yes and historically that's been the purpose of many sports, but did we see 90s RTS impact military decision making as the kids grew up in the 00s and 10s? Are the doctrines of the 2020s being impacted by Minecraft and Skyrim?
