One year ago today India and Pakistan fought one of the biggest air wars in years. After a year what's the general take away from the skirmish and the kit involved?

>>
Jeets can't fly.
>>
Indians have been geopolitically irrelevant ever since, at least in the Asian theater.
They're still going to be used to flood the West though, because the Jewish oligarchs demand it.

For me? One of disappointment. I was hoping that an exchange of nukes on sides would decimate their populations by a good 90%-95%. Even a bit of depopulation in Bangladesh would've been icing on the cake.

Oh well, one can only hope they'll get butthurt over something again.
>>
India is well and truly fucked.

They've been trying to play the neutral party between east and west, and they've wasted too much time trying to get AMCA off the ground that there is no real way for them to compete with Chinese J-20/J-35s and Pakistani J-35s probably won't take long to hit the skies. They keep buying S400 despite knowing the Chinese also bought S-400s and literally designed the J-20/J-35's stealth and EW against the S-400 system.

So India is going to have to rely on 4th gen or 4.5th gen fighters for a decade or more against 5th gen (even if not F-35/F-22 equivalent) Chinese/Pakistani fighters.

And they still delusionally talk about joining FCAS or GCAP, when France won't even share the software source code on the Rafale F5 they want India to buy.

But yea, India is fucked and the politicians are too modi simps and corrupt that there is zero way for India to put up an actual 5th gen platform within 10-15 years.
>>
>>65137940
Turns out you can't scam gravity.
>>
>>65138112
They will be propped up at least as long as China remains a threat.
>>
>>65137868
Chink a2a missiles are better than previously thought
>>
>>65138334
They'll probably be helped behind the scenes with logistics/intelligence sharing, but they're not going to be given F-35s, and they're not going to be given the tech to manufacture the hot section of an F110/F414 or similar cores. And they're not going to be given the ability to domestically manufacture a stealth airframe or stealth coatings.

At best india will be kept around through economic sanctions if china/pakistan ever did try to start taking chunks out of the indian north then i can see the west potentially step in with heavy sanctions just to keep india around, but I can't see the west providing 5th gen fighters, 5th gen technology transfer, or actual hard defense agreements.

India has spent the last 30 years selling the vision that india doesn't need to be aligned with the west, and modi in particular has been pushing the "Make in India" initiative, so any alignment with the west against china HAS to be kept rather limited just for indias own domestic audience, who are incredibly nationalistic and wouldn't accept open western support.

Wish I had the pics saved but the lead up to this was everyone predicting that was going to happen as the jet was leaking fuel when sitting parked.

>indias own domestic audience, who are incredibly nationalistic and wouldn't accept open western support.
The problem is no Indian politician has tried steering away from this actively harmful neutrality. Not even when Westerners were making conciliatory noises after they dumped the Pakis (who were no longer useful post-Afghanistan withdrawal). Their main "partner" is slowly becoming a Chinese vassal in all but name, yet they still cling to their stupid anti-Western message. Iit's true that they're hampered by several foundational myths regarding their anti-Western struggle, but that can change over the course of a couple decades, if policymakers will it .

The Euro MIC sucks, the Rafale is a joke and got mogged by Chinkslop, the Gripen and the Typhoon would probably perform the same.
Europe needs America to supply their militaries, otherwise the Russians would reach London in a year in WW3.
>>
>>65137868
That airframe performance is heavily dependent on pilot ability and that Rafaels still get shot down if the pilots are incompetent nepobabies with 10 hours of fligh time.

I hoped theyd kill each other off, today on the train a pakirat or some similar jeet variant had to make a fuss over being told to fuck off from the train by the controler because of his stench.
One day im sure the people of the world will just kill off any jeet amongst their country in a violent manner

>Saab awac
Pakis used J-10CEs to shoot down the Rafales and other jets and were being datalinked by picrel, ZDK-03.
Despite them having Erieye, it is only compatible with their F-16s, which were only used for ground attacks along with the JF-17s.
>>
>>65139046
Actually Pakistan developed "Link-17" to translate all the chinese/western datalinks to each other so they can actually get their shit working together.
>>
>>65138960
You could give the jeets F-22s and they'd still manage to lose to Pakis in old chinkshit.

It's pretty confusing. SAAB's AWACS can't speak to the Chinese jets or their missiles only to the Chinese AWACS through a translation layer.
The Chinese AWACS can speak to the Mirages but can't speak to the F-16s.

That's strange but also really cool that the Pakis managed to somehow nigger rig/ code two wildly different systems to talk to each other. I may not like them but I respect the ingenuity
>>
>>65139046
Paki’s have retired all the stinky chink awacs you dumb 50 IQ drooling mutt. They’ve developed datalink between the Saab awacs and the chinkware jets.

That chart is outdated.

ZDK-03 started being retired from active service in 2024, and the recent 2025 conflict was handled entirely by the upgraded Erieye platform natively talking to the chinese fighters.

Lemme get this straight
> no SEAD/DEAD ops
> no preemptive strikes
> no BVRs carried by Rafale
> no S400 coverage
> all in the name of Rules of Engagement
I'm surprised jeets didn't lose more aircraft or even a pilot or two

Chinkslop is truly useless

Well, the Pakistanis have achieved it, showing the power of Chinese quality weapons leaving the whole world shocked
>>
>>65138916
It's been reported that Chinese military mechanics are supporting them in Pakistan. It's literally Pakistan + China against India
>>
>>65143831
Yep, china also directly helped them to get the SAAB Erieye to talk with the J-10/JF-17 in just a few years instead of half a decade or more.

Not to mention the likely quite favorable deal they're getting as the J-35 launch customer.
>>
>>65138050
Indian military officers are the best of the best, our fighter pilots are selected on merit after clearing difficult examinations, they're only hampered by Indian politicians, even Indian bureaucrats and defence planners are smart and very competent, it's the stupid pajeet population and their politicians that are the problem
