Homemade 3D printed 12 gauge single shot slam fire shogun design (2D side-on diagram, idea only, UNTESTED)

Could you 3D print a slam fire 12 gauge shotgun, both the barrel and front grip block (blue), and the rear block and grip (green) with a screw screwed into the rear block to act as a firing pin when the rear block (green) is slammed into the front block (blue).

Naturally 3D printed barrels are dangerous due to plastic being a poor material to make a barrel, but with a thick enough barrel and chamber could the pressure created be withstood? Also if using pellets would the pellets "dig into" the plastic as they travel through the barrel or can they be directed in a way that they do not damage the barrel in a significant way? Has this been done before?

The barrel and chamber would need to be thick enough to withstand the pressure of the 12 gauge cartridge as well as the front grip, rear grip and also the back of the rear block would need to be thick enough to hold the screw in place during and after the cartridge has been fired.

The grid pattern is to help with a rough understanding of dimensions and proportions, it is not fully accurate and it is a side view not showing the depth although it should be in proportion with the whole thing if you were to print it. It is a block design for both parts to maximize simplicity and strength with a round barrel and chamber for the 12 gauge and it's projectiles.

A metal screw would need to be screwed into a hole at the back of the back block (green)

Each part would take a huge amount of plastic and would need to be infilled at 100%, but both the dimensions and the structure itself can theoretically be printed.

What's your deal my man? You write like a normal enough anon, but your concepts come off like someone that just discovered projectile weapons existed. If you have no upward limit on size you could make a plastic barrel that'd fire some 12 gauge before it eroded, but it would be so massive you wouldn't be able to operate it as a slam fire device.
