The Stribog, Kuna etc use an inexpensive and heavy version with a large weight forward of the chamber. It adds a lot of weight to the front of the gun, not like the MP5's "real" roller delay.Pictured, the stribog 45 "roller delay". Instead of making an intricate and lightweight and expensive roller delay system, they just use a big ass weight with a single pin. It's nothing like the mp5.

The mechanism might be a bit different, but it is still delayed blowback and offers benefits such as less recoil and the ability to take higher-pressure ammo with no problem.
