A single squad of Necron Immortals with a hidden away suite of emergency teleport pods and Necrodermis regeneration tech could have taken Ukraine in under 4 years and would have been smarter about it than Russia.

A deathmark or some other unit that could teleport or phase (wraith, etc) would be usable as an assassin however, since it could bypass conventional security and would also be virtually immune to small arms fire.

Unlike Warriors they can learn from combat.
