This is footage of a Russian USV being blown up by a Ukrainian FPV off the coast of Odesa.
The FPV clearly struck the USV charge.

Well it's not to strike military vessels on Odesa's dock front, so it can literally only be to strike civilian vessels there.
Russia has been striking at bulk freighters/tankers carrying grain and sunflower oil.
