Ukrainian military news website militarnyi is reporting that Romania will build 150,000 SIG 516 Gen 3 rifles domestically likely in their Cugir plant. SIG's CEO was in country at the plant this year. Allegedly using the funds from the european SAFE program. Also may include the actually good sig optics Romeo 8T with reticle changing with the magnetic magnifier.
