Some of them will ask for ID to be sent to them once to verify an account, others don't but do want shipping address and billing address to match. Which it sounds like they wouldn't, your credit card/debit card will be to your home billing address. So my gut is that you will have trouble with this, and at the least might have to hunt around. Alternatively make friends in PA and just have them get the ammo and pay them for it. There's nothing illegal or sketchy about that I don't think, you're perfectly allowed to buy ammo elsewhere and bring it home, but you might need another person involved. And I suppose to convince them you're not crazy/retarded and thus liable to create disruption.
