Whatever AI is being used to acknowledge military targets is likely sophisticated enough to screen out basic noise, you'd pretty much have to put a giant box around your military vehicles to throw off the AI.

There is also AI involved in terms of guiding the drone onto the target as there is too much lag for human pilots to do the final descent onto it.
