I think recruitment is fine its never been not fine. Only scaremongers are making it seem like Europe is in trouble. The only countries at war are Ukraine and Russia. It's not going to spread to Europe for the time being so who cares if muh german army doesnt have 3 million people in it.Counter to this and in line with the thread topic recruitment in the US is stellar but it's due to: >the numbers getting lower year by year as the quotas were not met and now suddenly theyre being met beyond expectation>poor entry level job market

I could've sworn we were expected to be at maximum capacity at all times no matter the circumstances!>poor entry level job marketThe military has always offered young men the opportunity to accelerate their careers and find success in the job market, but what we saw in the past couple of decades was an attempt to subvert that by the pay-to-play universities that now have 2 generations indentured to soul-crushing student loans they took in a failed attempt to get a leg up without making any sacrifices.
