Is the glock 26 still relevant in 2026?Guide: https://files.catbox.moe/9g5sv2.pdfPastebin: https://pastebin.com/gs6mLNikPrevious:>>65534095
Is it a gun? Does it fire bullets?
If a zombie apocalypse popped off with your current edc how would you do? What are you carrying?
>>65540439black ppl gun
ONE WEEK TILL HUNTING SEASON YOU SLACK JAWED FAGGOTSWHOS READY?
>>65540469what state and what hunt nigga
>>65540473Oregon, general blacktail starts next Saturday, I also drew a special cow elk tag that starts in January, and I have a black bear tag but I don't target them much, and it's grouse/quail season.
>>65540482Neat. Unfortunately hunting season isn't for another month and a half for me.
>>65540439It's literally the best edc glock
>>65540497That sucks, but probably more in the rut yeah? Our black tails tend to rut right after general rifle ends.
>>65540439no, mine blew up
>>65540500Yeah, KY whitetail rifle season is right in the middle of the rut. It's my first year in the state and I have to get used to not having unlimited public land.
>>65540521That's rough, here we have a couple million acres public, then almost the same amount in private timberland that lets hnters on to hunt.
>>65540439I'm sorry, my friend but it's over.
>>65540599I will keep the dream alive. Have you seen that other thread? Cursed.
I got mine when it came out for like $300 blue line price. I carried a G19 for work and swapped out for the G26 as soon as I got home. Still like it but haven’t carried in awhile.
>>65540615>>65540624Glock on, bros
>>65540439Yes, thin guns like the G43X suck to shoot but full width guns like the G19 feel much better to shoot by comparison. Look into the Glock store M1X, it's an interesting concept and a good upgrade to the Glock 26 imo
a G26 is basically a wider G43 with four more rounds and the G43 is still very relevant. a G43 with a mag extension still doesn't carry as many rounds. a G43X has a much longer grip, the hardest part to conceal, and carries the same number of rounds. if you prefer glocks the G26 is still a fine choice if you shoot it well. the short fat grip is not going to be for everyone.
>>65540439This is clearly the true /hg/, that other thread is a shitfest
>>65540646It’s okay to admit when you backed the wrong horse, sweaty. We’ve all done it once or twice
Never understood how people comfortably grasp these things, or become comfortable (yes they practice and train) with gripping a pistol that has such a gimped small handgrip.RE: the tiny below 9-19mm size cartridge semiautos with even smaller grips, never understood how people can grasp and be comfortable handling those in self defense either (the recent Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 solved that in the below-9mm chambered class). I need a pistol that at least 3 fingers can reasonably and firmly fit around. Even small revolvers permit that
>>65540896Have you shot one? To me it is fairly controllable, but my hands are average and I can get most of the pinky crammed on the magazine pinky extension.Control in a range environment isn't bad, probably less ideal in an oh shit moment but I don't think it would be a liability
>>65540460>black ppl gunCan confirm, Polish & Slav, so a white nigger, proud owner of 26.
I put a Glock store M1X frame on my G26, its a Glock 26x now.
>>65541029Slavs aren't people
>>65540716Not anymore, all the new 43xs we get in have the new 15 round steel Glock mags.
>>65542175And the glock 26 can take any double stack glock 9mm mag. 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 24, 33, 50 etc.
>>65540439i carry one. it is gun
>>65540439only niggers and beaners like this gun. they call it a "baby glock". Occasionally some white boomer pops up on a forum that says he's carried a 26 for 10+ years and doesn't need anything else.
>>65540439>no rail>no optic cutIt's shit.
>>65540457Honestly I carry a P2000sk in 9milimemer 8 out of every 10 times I go out, and a P2000 in 40 and P2000 in 9 the other 2 out of 10 times. I think I trust the .40 the most, and although I may shoot *slightly* at a slower rate with the .40, my shots are more accurate and actually pack a punch unlike 9mm. Pic somewhat related except no P2000sk, instead there’s a .45 USP which is my main outdoorsman / hiking carry loaded with 250gr hard cast supers.
G26 is gtg
yes it's fine.
>>65543292>NOOOOOOOOO I NEED MY FUNKO ACCESSORIES
>>65542204Sure, I was just letting you know the standard flush fit mags aren't the same anymore. The new flush fit 15 rounder sure is less "flush" I'll give you that.
>>65544090The future is now, old man.
>>65542204>50 etcGod Damn it! Glock 50 should be in .50 caliber! Fuck me! WTF are they thinking?
>>65540439>Is the glock 26 still relevant in 2026?The Gen3? No.The Gen5 MOS? Yes.
>>65544033>"and actually pack a punch unlike 9mm"lol you spend more money for the same performance and then say faggy shit like this
