If you are inexperienced with anal then the trick is to be communicative. The muscles relax after a few seconds so you need to start very slow and with plenty of lube, then wait for her to relax once you are inside her. You should communicate a lot to make sure thats all going well. 'How does that feel?' and so on. You can make it sexy if you're good at talking during sex.
