transgenderism is a biological intersex condition, while crossdressing is most of the time a fetish. that's a big difference imo. and if these boomerhons are transgender and the crossdressing is their outlet for that, then that only highlights how tragic their life is in comparison to someone who lives full time as a woman, so again a pretty big difference. it's literally the difference between a repper and a succesfully transitioned woman which to me is the difference between suicidal depression and a potentially fullfilling life. but sure, small differences.
