I stopped taking estrogen two months ago and my testosterone hasn’t returned yet so I have no energy ever and my lower back feels weak and tired and sore at the slightest physical activity. How long should this take? I’m getting kinda worried…

Your HPG axis can take a while to start back up after being dormant for a long time. Give it two more months before getting worried.
Some people kickstart things with hCG+SERMs, so you can look into those if you want.
