on 4mg E with bica at 14 months hrt. my last levels were 207pg/ml but i feel like my progress has slowed. is this a good dosage?

HRTCafe says >The ideal range is 150-250 pg/ml of estradiol when blood is taken right before the next dose (this is to get numbers when your estradiol levels are the lowest)I won’t have access to blood tests. Since I won’t be able to exactly know if my levels would be as high as they’d need to be, would it be a good idea for me to overshoot a little by following a routine like picrel where my pg/ml would be expected to be 300?
