He actually explains how hard it is to recreate risnatu and makes his best attempt at it, this is a VERY welcome change, +3 in my book. Well done tasting history. They could even make a mini blog series of exploring the middle east to find fat tailed sheep. Because of this i have to subtract a big fat minus -1!
