Manlets are going to go from a 5'6" to a 5'8" which is completely pointless. Meanwhile a 5'11" could be come a 6'2". Same with cock enlarging. If you're dedicated you can get like an inch from years of daily work. That's pointless for below average guys but going from a 5' or a 6' to a 6' or a 7' is pretty significant. However if you've got an average sized dick you'd get more value from learning how to cook or paint or just anything. But i do agree that the sweet spot for height-padding shoes is guys a couple inches shy of 6'.FTMs presumably have some experience wearing high heels pre-transition so getting a pair of nondescript elevator shoes (essentially high heels disguised as regular shoes for men) seems like a total no brainer.
