Just curious how fellow boymoders handled interviews. What did you wear? Do you tell them you're trans? How do you make growing out hair look decent? Are you worried about your small boymoder booba bulge?I've had a few interviews lately all online, but I have an in person one tomorrow.>Mtf 1 year HRT twink faggot
>>40930641I don't mention anything related to sex/gender. Hair up in a bun usually. I've worn masculine business casual for some interviews but would really hate wearing it fulltime, currently working at a startup and can get away with dressing more feminine but still stick to sneakers, pants and tshirts / sweaters, sometimes croptop type pullover with a blouse underneath but it's pushing it lol. They probably think I'm weird. I've worked remotely for longest time but actually recently moved to be in office full-time (did come over to visit a couple times before).
I tried to go to interviews dolled up and it was always an obvious no even though they politely sounded positive (im always slightly over qualified for those jobs and dont care if i get them). Iv tried going boymode and telling them im trans which is also always a hard no. Just go and dont tell them. If you get the job then wait until after the 90 day training period (after ur review) is over before you come out so they have a financial and legal motivation to not fire you indiscriminately with a bs excuse. Im currently boymoding at a factory. They have noticed my boobs but just think im fat (despite visibly being skinny). I have long hair and honestly am starting to look obviously trans. Like i didnt have boobs or this nice cheek fat when i started. No one will ever call me out though and i know this. Everyone is scared of hr. I think they respect that i don't say anything about it. All cis men ever say about trannies is "i dont care if someone is trans just dont force it on me". Which is essentially what im doing. When i get ffs ill have to come out though
>>40930641just dont tell them and let them find out later on when theyve know you for a bit if youre comfortable so its not a big dealno one is hiring people thinking hmmmmm i sure hope this person is gay/trans/etcbringing it up would just make it look like something that theyll have to be super touchy about which will just scare them offyoure there to be a useful little slave first human being secondalso i pretty much just let my hair flow down (some places have rules about hair though depending on the job so just look up the dress code if youre really worried i guess) and wore a collared shirt that was a little too big with a sports bra underneathanything too tight and theyll notice your boobs so avoid that
>>40930641I've honestly only been trans for a few months and only on hrt for a little more than a month, I just started my social transition at work and everyone is fully supportive and my boss even let's me go early for appointments related to my transition.I didn't have to inview while trans but I think id go girl mode to an interview even tho I dont pass.
>>40931088>I think they respect that i don't say anything about it.Well, are you suprised?> All cis men ever say about trannies is "i dont care if someone is trans just dont force it on me". Which is essentially what im doing. >When i get ffs ill have to come out thoughWhy?
>>40931129>no one is hiring people thinking hmmmmm i sure hope this person is gay/trans/etcif you EVER find an employer like that you don't want them anyways. sexual harassment city.
>>40930641I wore very basic business casual with my hair tied back. The clothing I wore was very loose which hid my body well. I don't think there was any suspicion by interviewers because I have a male sounding (w/ fagcent tho) voice and a masculine name. I ended up getting hired but I only really applied to places that would hire anyone. Good luck finding a job anon
>>40931219>I've honestly only been trans for a few monthsuhhhh
>>40931251I was dealing with repression for 14 years ok ive never been able to say I was trans until like 3 months ago, ive always just identify as a femboy. Getting therapy helped me deal with that repression.
>>40931235no agreed i got harassed and stalked by someone a full decade older than me thinking i would be safer in that job because he was gay lmao
>>40931235I worked at a fetish company for a few years where all the employees were fags, myself included. Let me tell you, the amount of violations that I could have sued over is wild. Happy to be out of that place.
>>40930641got a job last month, wore business casual which was prob overkill bc its a service job but it covers up my conetits enough. sometimes i put on a little extra jewelry but im pretty sure they just see me as a faggot bc i have to yap abt my bf endlessly or i will die. feel like this is a good space to be in & make myself as nonthreatening as i can (all my coworkers r women). got asked my pronouns a few times since i live in socal but i just dont answer. idk if they know for sure but i dont plan on confirming it & besides im too disgusting to actually girlmode likely ever
>>40930641would dr house hire a boymoder and if he did would he sexually harass them?
>>40931129>no one is hiring people thinking hmmmmm i sure hope this person is gay/trans/etcsilicon valley tech jobs say hi
>>40931088>>40931129>>40931219>>40931236If you have dysphoria how do you do webcam interviews. I always just end up looking at my own face and thinking "god im so ugly" and it ruins my performance. Actually if I see myself on webcam my mood is ruined for the whole day.
>>40930641>What did you wear? NPC core. buy clothes from the same place your mother does.>Do you tell them you're trans?waltah I need you to say it. you don't know anything about boymoders or hons as far as anyone is concerned you're a regular person going about their business >How do you make growing out hair look decent?pinterest for hair styles then go to a hairdresser and show them them the pic
>>40931417>fetish companyno offense but asking for it
>>40931454Hed give the boymoder an insane feminizing drug kokktail and then sexually harass them after they look like a woman
>>40930641i wear girl's clothes at work..it seems more professional than trying to be a boy
>>40930641I recently got a job as a boymoder. On the first day they asked me about pronouns and later referred to me as LGBT. I never said anything about my sexuality so I guess they know..
>>40930641i've only gotten one job as a boymoder. i don't know if it's related to my boymoding but interviews have not seemed to go very well.
>>40932379Had friends that worked at other companies in the industry with none of the issues. Some business choose to be professional in the space, others do not.
>>40931454Dr House is my progressive sexist racist king. He would hire a boymoder, make them dress fem, but then call them a tranny.Ends up it was all a side plot to win a bet with wilson that he wouldn't hire a troon.
