how do I make myself lactate?for no other reason than I am just lowkey into it(sort of specifically like picrel where its sort of just a little bit and accidental and not full on breastfeeding levels of milk)my first few months of hrt I was taking cypro every other day which seemed to have some impact on me releasing prolactin discharge (would solidify on my nipples and was kinda gross) but then had it slightly lowered and that just stopped, did also start taking more estrogen at the same time though so idkbut other than that like nothingshould I try taking more cypro again or maybe a little bit of domperidone or something?
