>>40958306Where did you get the figure "hundreds of thousands"? Top surgery ranges from 10k to 50k for really high quality specialized key surgery. A t vial is only 20 bucks a pop. And the rot sausage (not recommended tbdesu because of how underdeveloped it is), another few 10ks tacked on there. Even then, just t and lifting will take you far. Went from c cup to a cup just by defining my pecs. So its a hard work sorta deal.
