There reason for this is because people prone to reactionary thought and pro fasc ideology do not hold any belief at all to be sacred or true in their heart asode from "my team win". They want their subgroup to be in charge and have all the power and freedom. Just watch how they are anti tax unless their side does it, anti debt unless their side does it, anti free speech violations until it's them doing the violations. I could go in all day about this point. In the scenario discussed by OP the reactionary in question does not actually hold either belief in their heart, they are simply wanting an outgroup they don't like, to suffer. That's it, no grand design or faith to an ideal. As long as the outgroups suffer they will be happy, even if they are themselves suffering too
They don't want to hate you cause you're trans, they want to hate you cause you're different. Hence the constant foolish contradictions, that when you trace them back to the source is really just resistance to moving outside their comfort zone. I'm neurodivergent. That's all, not fully into any particular spectrum as I exhibit symptoms from several scripts and medication to treat them demasks symptoms that can't be treated. How it presents is I approach problems differently, express emotions and sentiments differently. Still on the same foundation of don't be a dick, and try to leave the place the same or better than you found it, level of social awareness. But I'm still met with prejudice, systemic even as people categorize my differences as threatening even though they never truly quantify how they are because I didn't haarm or coerce people as it is anathema to me. But I'm still ostracized, even met with violence.I see that's what they do to you, and that being trans while at it's fundamental layer someone that has existed through written history. They've forced you into this stance where you must explain yourselves simply so they have a basis to dispute your validity. But what I don't understand is that it doesn't. Your existence is the proof of your existence. They cannot deny that any more than they can unring a bell. Ancient civilizations from Babylonian, Greek, Roman, had already formed alternate methods for selecting and protecting tribes that had more to do with religion and resources. We've had numerous world leaders and corporate managers who have been women who have influenced the shape of the world to great effect. If it were a patriarchy, that wouldn't exist.
