It's an issue in the US only. Outside the US it's not brained in any particular way. Both men and women are allowed to sit like that because it can be comfortable. And they do. Even some American men are audacious enough to go for it.When I was a kid they used to shame me for sitting with my legs tucked under my butt as it's supposedly feminine. Now nobody cares cause all the performative clowns have come to realize how restarted that is.
