Will I be fine if I start hrt without getting bloodwork and knowing anything about my hormone levels? I also have slight heart problems (irregular heartbeat) but it's never caused me any serious problems.

if youre mtf ur probs ok but if ftm you should get stuff checked out especially with heart issues. T can thicken the blood and put pressure on the heart
