you cant prevent getting old (though who knows what we will have in the future) but if you're ok with aging like a woman, just get on a regular tranny dose. theres not really a "balanced" dose that i know of that keeps you from aging either way, unless you want to go full eunuchmode (even then GH might fuck you over + osteoporosis)
