Yep, mine grew in and I actually lost 15 lbs, maybe through muscle loss because I did not make a concerted effort to lose that weight?

But I was not skinny to start. I think I was on the cusp of average/overweight BMI whereas now I'm solidly average. So if you're rail thin to start, then maybe that's different.
