if you go by wpath i think, for monotherapy thats fine but you want to have the least amount of E that still supresses your T completely to female range (for monotherapy)

if you believe dr will powers, you want to raise your E slowly over the year and have a stable SHBG at around 100 to 110 max, or the highest free E2 you can get which paradoxically might happen when you have a bit higher T as it binds to the SHBG. Theres like calc out there

sorry phrased it weirdly, ie the highest E2 that you can get with the lowest SHBG but he had some new weird theory with T now so idk
