I am 6 inches shorter lol. I'm 5'1 :( so sad. Hopefully you can get into the routine of slightly eating more if you have to especially during work out stuff. I used to work out as well, I'd like to get back onto that. I was a bit thicker when I was 115lbs but I like having a proportional body weight to my height!
I felt like I was eating because I felt depressed and struggled with addiction/drugs. But now I am in rehab :D
