>>41004732I won't post pics of myself but when I started hrtbmy shoulders were the same width as my hips, my ribcage was way narrower, I had a thin neck, small feet even for my height. One year of inconsistent gym fixed most of it. I'm not a gigapassoid or anything but it's getting there, and even then it's nothing like it used to be. You're making up excuses so you don't have to try.
