The REA is going to fuck you over and brush over the bad bits which you can’t see for yourself so make sure you have a list of shit to look at (shower/bathroom for leaks and mold, state of the kitchen, etc) but outside of that it’s not too bad just doing them all by phone. Especially if you aren’t on a strict timeline to find a place
