It's all guys who work in the kitchen.The way they make friends with each other is mainly by being goofy all the time, or making jokes at the other's expense, or talking about sports and sports betting. Pretty sure like half the guys there do some sort of sports betting. They laugh really loudly. They talk about football and baseball a lot.The jokes are stuff like: they make offensive jokes, they throw pieces of celery at each other, or talk about how so-and-so is terrible at mopping and I'm way better (I'm relatively new and not bad at mopping but the joke is that it's not true).If it sounds like I'm an anthropologist, it's because I feel out of my element. Not sure I can give you advice but hopefully that paints a picture as to the kind of environment you want to be in.
