Does anyone have any resources for images of trans women who have received a scrotal-preserving orchiectomy? Don't post uncensored images directly to here obviously just like links to image galleries, fully healed, nonpornographic, just honest images that show what it actually looks like. I'm hoping to get this procedure asap but I want to know what the actual final results actually look like before I do.

Also anyone here who's had the procedure anything you could share about your experience or important things to know would be very appreciated ^^

Arnkoff did mine, is he even still alive? The scars blend in with the wrinkles on my scrotum. It just looks like I have no balls and my sack shriveled up to compensate. If you've ever been so cold as to have your balls retract into your inguinal canals then you've already seen what it will look like post-op

i guess i've never been that cold, but i don't like to look down there, i try not to ever look at it because it's so horrifying to me.
because it's such a simple procedure (isn't it?) i was hoping to find someone to do it in-state. ffs and eventually srs are important and complicated enough for me to want to make sure i fly out to get someone really good but an orchie doesn't seem that complicated. so unless anyone has surgeon recommendations for Charlotte NC i think I'm okay to figure that part out on my own. i really just wanna see it with my own two eyes

opt for the scrotectomy
>>
Check r/salmacian
>>
i'm gettin mine cut off i want it smooooove
>>
>>41090326
why?
i would honestly much rather have the scrotectomy instead but I'm terrified of preventing my ability to have srs in the future. that's the only reason why I want to keep it, just so that I can still get srs some day.

>electrolysis on your balls
does anyone really have that much free time?

wut

i'm torn on this too because on one hand i desperately want the hair their gone but on the other hand the experience sounds absolutely traumatic. not even thinking about the pain of it which is horrifying on it's own, just having someone stare at my private parts for hours on end is like the most upsetting thing I can think of. no one who isn't a doctor has even seen me naked in over a decade and even doctors haven't seen me naked in like maybe 7 years. i started refusing the testicular exam during my yearly pediatric checkup when i was like 14 or 15 because it made me so deeply uncomfortable and upset. I literally can't imagine sitting on a table for hours while someone looks at my genitals for hours and sticks a needle into them and zaps them, I think I would have a panic attack.
>>
>>41090381
do you
do you think they stitch up the hair follicles and all when they go to rejoin the areas between the removed scrotum? hair growth would make the healing process impossible

I think that letting go of some of your anxieties might allow your transition to go more smoothly.
>>
>>41090411
literally how
>>
>>41090364
that's why I kept mine, 12 years later still no srs ;_;
>>
>>41090363
ok then you wont have any skin for the canal later on
>>
>>41090417
Exposure therapy. Start showering regularly and look in the mirror afterward. You're not going to become anymore else so you have to know what you're working with.
>>
>>41090485
i am going to become anyone else because i'm cutting it all off, every part of my body needs to be cut off, everything must go. then i'll have nothing to ever be upset about. it's all awful.
>>
>>41090468
i'm getting zero depth cuz i'm old as fuck
>>
>>41090748

>testicular exam during my yearly pediatric checkup when i was like 14 or 15
what the fuck?
>>
>>41092393
In the US they like to make sure your balls aren't fucked up. A lot of physically active teenagers here end up suffering from testicular torsion due to a twisted spermatic cord. Incredibly painful way to unwillingly lose a testicle

every year my pediatrician would make me pull down my pants and my underwear and then place his hands on my scrotum, fondle it, make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it, and ask me to cough while he held it in a certain way. He said it was to check for testicular cancer. I would literally go home and pray that I would get testicular cancer so that they would have a reason to cut them off. i can't even describe how uncomfortable and upset it made me, it wasn't until i was 14 or 15 that I realized I could just tell him "no", so that's what I did, at first he didn't seem to accept it and told me that he "was going to have to", but I held my ground and just told him as firmly yet politely as I could that that wasn't going to happen, and then he backed off. I think it was one of the bravest things I've ever done in my whole life. I am awful at standing up to people, I let people walk all over me, but in that moment I felt so proud of myself for stopping it from happening.

literally what? it's so useless
>>
>>41092439
i have never heard of any such thing happening in the many schools i visited in my european country
neither rumor nor proven fact of someone having it happen
such a thing would be a big topic in school if it happened
>>
>>41090150
I wish I had resources so badly. I'm on the verge of doing it myself.

I've been banding since the age of 16 or 18. I'm 27 now. One time I got a bad infection that was painful to the point of needing antibiotics (sulfamethoxazole) that I took until I developed swallowing problems and it scabbed up. I didn't masturbate again until over 6 months later (and it was clear at first). I would band myself until I was in feverish pain.

i think you can probably find photos on r/Transgender_Surgeries

i got that done, i was expecting it to look and feel very strange to the point i was considering rubber implants, but i opted not to get them and i have no regrets.

it looks completely normal and i got used to it immediately. the scrotum is like a little flap of skin but its contracted to be smooth most of the time. its hardly noticeable and feels much better, honestly just dont worry about it. its been like 2 years and i dont think about it ever & forget i even used to have anything different there
