Hello, I don’t know any trans girls to ask this to, but there is a question I have for anyone willing to answer: do trans women experience female hysteria? And along with this, I am also wondering if there are any trans women who have experienced battered woman syndrome (BWS). I find this topic very interesting, and it’s weirdly been on my mind for a long time. Please answer!

>>41113915Serious answer, BWS is just what happens to abuse victims male or female, it's just that some 90% of these are women (and men are not encouraged to talk about being abused since they're seen as sissies for it) so you always see how women would react to it and not men. But men react similarly, it's mostly about having a personality/upbringing that predisposes you to tolerating or expecting abuse.

The Menendez brothers had BWS for example, they call it 'battered person syndrome' in the netflix documentary. So to answer your question yes trans women experience those things just like everyone does.
