you need to use shampoo and conditioner that will make your hair softer, dont use too much or else it will make your hair flat and show too much of your forehead
when you dry off your hair use a towel and bend over so your hair is falling downward towards the floor then just violently scrub the towel against your hair so it gets texture (essentially dry it upside down)
maybe try texturizing powder and facial cleanser, stop touching your face as well
