My boyfriend's semen tastes noticeably sweeter lately. It used to be salty and kind of bitter but nowadays it tastes sweet and like candy. Untreated diabetes is fatal so it's not much effort for the safety that knowing will provide. He can get it done before work one day, and you could be a good girlfriend and help him up and make sure that morning goes well.
