I'm 23, balding, and can't really get access to HRT, yet want to look, at the very least, slightly more feminine.
I've been on (oral) minoxidil and finasteride for a year now, and my results have been minimal.
I have an incredibly bald spot and a fucked hairline, while it's filled in a bit since I started, I don't know if it'll fill in any more.
Shaving it off and getting a wig isn't an option, have psoriasis all around my scalp.
Should I switch to dutasteride? Or just add it in addition to the finasteride? Will I lose even MORE hair if I end up switching to dutasteride? I'm running out of ideas here.

Too much of a poorfag, unfortunately.

finn and minox is only going to halt recession, unless you started taking it mistakenly during a shedding cycle that you mistook for a receding hairline its never going to fill in back to your full hair. You need a transplant, thats the one and only option. Don't go in for retarded snake oil like aliexpress mystery russian chemicals or himalayan mushrooms with auspicious feng shui.

and duta is better than finn, its half life is a lot longer. no point combining both.

It's likely dietary/stress related. Keep taking fin or duta and focus on getting healthier. Hitting your macros, getting on a multi vit and working on CNS calming practices.
There's also derma rolling that can help but really just work on improving diet. If you live somewhere you can get bloodwork easily, go get a full blood count and see what's happening with your vitamin levels and stuff.
But yeah cis women's hair falls out due to stress and deficiencies too. So just being on HRT isn't enough sometimes. You gotta look after yourself as best you can. Good luck anon!

Dutasteride is more powerful, it can bring some of the hair back. But getting on hrt would be even better.

Micro needling is completely useless for bringing back hair, it can only help with making topicals absorb better. The rollers are also the worst way to do it, a stamping tool is much better, it won't fuck up your skin so much.

Chile, you need to microneedle or nothing will work. Also take RU. Also use ketoconazole shampoo every second day. Oral minoxidil is for lunatics, just use topical or your heart will blow up.

Microneedling is the most important part of the process.
