Radical feminism was snuffed out pretty quickly, mainly by Marxists since that was the discourse it arose in, and it isn't a position that anyone today actually holds seriously (except maybe the handful of aged academics that spawned it). TERFs, for instance, wouldn't try to explain racism as a subordinate process of gender, they wouldn't try to explain labour disputes, the transition from feudalism to capitalism etc. etc, because they aren't actually radicals. Marxism more accurately identifies where this shift came from and what it implies, including but not limited to gender structures. Hence radfem ideology being critiqued from within and assimilated into the larger marxist pov, while those radfems who are still operating as if feminism is the major site of struggle have fallen into a kind of reactionary liberalism in the face of the world today.
