I'm a trans woman obvi & I've been interested in learning more about it because I may seek PPV (Penile Preserving Vaginoplasty) out in the future but it's been hard to research so far.Anybody have any opinions on it, information, suggestions or experience getting it that I can build off? What I want to learn more about the internal structure and it's interactions with surrounding tissues as well as the surgery process.
