>Immediately get a ton of renewed sexual attention
>Keep up routine, jump up to 131 again anyways
>Trending down again but stuck at 129.5lbs for the past few days

Do I just need to increase the deficit? Is there something else I should be doing? How do I maintain a more stable slender figure?

Calculate your TDEE on a daily basis and eat 70% of the TDEE rather than setting an arbitrary target. Eat protein forward meals and reduce simple carbs.

Also a good idea to get some kind of exercise in at the same time.

Once you reach your goal weight eat 90-100% of your TDEE until you have a good intuitive sense of how much food that is and then stop tracking as closely.

I basically already do this, my average TTDE is 1700kcal and I usually eat around 1200kcal worth of food.

I go out of my way to get extra steps in, live in a hilly area, walk to my classes each day and mostly either walk or take public transportation when I'm going places. I usually end up walking about 5-6 miles per day as a result.

^ As stated in the original post, I got the idea from some highly attractive friends (one of whom is somewhat ana, and two of whom discouraged me from doing this anyway). Even going from slightly below-average to around average BMI has made me decently less attractive esp. if I want to wear tighter clothing.

if you want it quick, get retatrutide pioglitazone and albuterol or a stimulant. pio will make sure you mainly lose male fat and retatrutide and the albuterol/stimulant (don't do both itll fuck your heart up) will lower your appetite and make you burn more. make sure you're getting enough nutrients so your hair doesn't fall out though
