every time i open this board i see cis men and trans women saying stuff like "real women don't do that/say that/look like that" and i always think about how i know a cis woman in real life who does that/says that/looks like that
i just can't help but wonder how many people on this board have absolutely no female friends and are just freestyling what they think women are like
seriously. how many of you are actually friends with cis women?
>>
>>41239158
All my closest friends are women, out of 6 only 1 of them is trans
>>
>>41239158
There are cases bust most of the times woman would not be comfortable around your skullhon failing miserably at trying to fit in. Accept it, guys or troons.
>>
>>41239290
i (OP) am not american and where i live it's very common for men and women to be friends. is it just that the US is some gender essentialist hellhole where no one has opposite sex friends? is that what i'm missing?
>>
>>41239481
>it's very common for men and women to be friends.
Notice you didn't say "trans".
>>
>>41239158
My best friends are cis women cause I am a woman
>>
>>41239508
to be honest i have only ever met one trans person in real life. it was a FtM classmate in my 1st year of highschool
he was pretty decently popular among the rest of the class. i know MtFs are more discriminated against but i'd like to not be a doomer and believe it wouldn't be that different
>>
>>41239481
Its because of religion. In my country kids start drinking alcohol together at 14 and they bond in their mixed friend groups, they start also having sex.
>>
>>41239536
>was pretty decently popular among the rest of the class
They were being polite. Nothing gives you insight into other people's mental processes. Also being visibly trans makes you a spectacle.
>>
>>41239546
idk. i studied in a catholic highschool for an year and the friend groups in there were pretty mixed gender even though a lot of the people were pretty pure (not a lot of partying or sex and stuff)
maybe it's evangelicals in specific that are like this?
>>
>>41239158
gay men don't like cis women, so naturally trans women (usually faggots) don't either
>>
>>41239158
80% of my friends are cis women, but it's been this way since before I trooned. That's just how things are if you're gay.
>>
>>41239158
I was friends with a whole gaggle of em but then they "trooned out" into theyfabs and I stopped talking to em. now friends with mostly based twinkhons and poonahs.
>>
>>41239552
>They were being polite.
>Also being visibly trans makes you a spectacle.
this is true actually. i did notice the class as a whole kind of treated him weirdly, and i had some acquaintances from another class that called him a freak and an enigma (for being androgynous)
that being said he did have a smaller friend group that seemed to treat him pretty well. they were very nice people and i think you shouldn't give up hope that you can find people who are genuinely nice and not just polite
>>
>>41239589
>>41239608
these two replies saying the opposite thing right next to each other is quite funny. that being said i agree with the 2nd one more, most of the gay men i've known were very close to women
>>
>>41239636
Yes, gaycels here who hate women are usually very different, jealous and misogynistic type
>>
>>41239158
>real women don't do that/say that/look like that
the implication being that real (cis) women who do those things are not actually cis or as real woman as all that
>>
>>41239158
my friend group is four cis men, eight cis women, and me. out of those i'm personal friends with (as in have made plans to hang out 1 on 1 and then done that) five of the women and one of the men.
i had mostly female friends pretrans too, my childhood best friend from kindergarten till the end of high school was a girl, my college roommate was a woman, my now fiancee was my best friend before we started dating. my cism older brother was the exact same fwiw so i don't think this is even that weird? some guys just get along with girls better than other guys and then that doesnt change when you transition, idk.
>>
>>41239158
Nearly all my friends are cis women apart from 1 close friend from here who is trans and my gay husband I go thrifting with. But I’m usually the an anon pushing against those stupid threads so not your target.
>>
>>41239708
>But I’m usually the an anon pushing against those stupid threads so not your target.
yeah
>>41239707
i mean the inclination is normal. i'm not saying you should have 50/50 friend groups. being friends with more men or more women is normal
but there are lots of people on this board (and the website as a whole) who i'm convinced have never had a female friend in their life by the way they talk about women
>>41239704
i should go tell my brother he's gay because his girlfriend likes pokémon and overwatch and 4chan told me real women don't
>>
>>41239889
>i should go tell my brother he's gay because his girlfriend likes pokémon and overwatch and 4chan told me real women don't
do it and report the outcome here
>>
>>41239901
i won't because i like them and i don't want them to think less of me by admitting i use 4chan
would be funny though
>>
>>41239960
okay, nobody who says those things really cares about what autistic genderfucked cis women think and overwatch and pokemon are girly enough to slide anyway
>>
>>41239977
>autistic
she is
>genderfucked
she's actually very feminine. not really genderfucked at all
>overwatch and pokemon are girly enough to slide anyway
i agree but only a few days ago i tried to say that in a thread and there were guys trying to wholeheartedly convince me that girls don't play pokémon. like at all
>>
I have like 10 friends 8 of whom are cisf and the remaining 2 are cism. I have big eye muscles because all the posts about how cis women (don’t) do this and that makes me roll them
>>
>>41240441
And I work with pretty much just women and they also do the stuff no cis women should be doing according to people here
>>
Not me
>>
Got along with girls better as a kid. Bullying cured me of that and made me into the incel loser I am today. Then again I managed to have LTRs and sex, but with people as and more broken than me.
>>
>>41239158
>friends
Kinda, I say kinda because I don’t really talk to people and it seems we only talk over coffee/tea and me giving tarot readings, otherwise I’m alone and don’t seek out people anymore cis or trans
