The applicants, Jan Willem Akster from the Netherlands and a Malawian transgender women.

Jana Gonani - charged with one count of unnatural offences and two counts false representation with intent to defraud, yet only convicted of unnatural offences, not the false charge.

Jan Willem Akster - 9 charges in total, with multiple counts of Unnatural offences l, Some counts – Indecent practices between males, and Some counts – Sexual exploitation / abuse of trust

while Akster is not charged with consensual sodomy among consenting adults, Jana is being charges with consensual sodomy with an adult male. since trans people aren’t recognized in Malawi. another hypocrisy of the case if the trans women who was offering her sex to two male clients and had sex with one, yet that male client isn’t charged, despite the fact under law they would be considered homosexual. so it’s basically saying men can fuck trans women all they want, but they wont face prosecution, only trans women will.

Someone needs to write a smutty greentext fantasy about being kidnapped and sent to a compound in Malawi and threatened with imprisonment and torture by BBC-equipped chasers.
