should i buy a laser machine thingy and do it at home or get laser done at some place? which would be cheaper? which would be more convenient? gib some opinions please.
>>41242187Honestly I got an IPL a long while ago and it worked very well in some areas, legs, tummy and arms are good examples. But for others like face I had to do professionally to get great results, especially around the chin, that just would not budge with just the IPL.
>>41242187a laser machine cost at least $1,000 and count $3,000 for a professional one
>>41242364I got one for 30 euros on amazon
>>41242187the same laser that you would see in a clinic is like $15000full body laser would cost you $3000 or something
>>41242457is the laser they have so much better? would the one i would buy not work as good?
>>41242491comparing to IPL they are definitely better. but idk the difference if you compare them to cheaper lasers
>>41242187If you insist on DIY, do electrolysis, see picrel. Happy to answer any questions about it. It's very cheap and effective but very time consuming, tedious, and inconvenient since you have to let it grow out a bit.But for convenience and effectiveness, I suggest going to a laser place. Look on Groupon for sales and buy a pack of sessions then. You'll need at least 12 for any amount of growth. I barely grew any and still needed a year's worth to really make a difference. I live in a tiny nowhere town and still have a couple laser places nearby. I probably paid 300 total and I get an occasional whisker after a week of not shaving. I'm gonna use diy electro to take care of any stragglers.
>>41242562i'm not very smart i would probably kill myself with that. so i'm gonna stick to laser. does it really take a whole year of sessions? i had assumed it would take a few months.
>>41242393that's ipl not laser it's way way less effective (it doesn't work) and not what laser places use unless you get scammed
>>41242491google alexandrite laser if you want specifics. But basically it's more powerful than a hand held IPL machine
>>412425801 session every 4 weeks. You need to space it out to give your skin a chance to heal>kms with that thing It uses a small battery. You couldn't possibly kill yourself with it. Any hair removal has the chance to cause damage if done incorrectly. It's an option if you really have no other choice but laser is much easier for most people
>>41242604oh ok. i thought they used IPL there as well. i guess i'll probably get that done.
>>41242599Yeah you're completely right, it does nothing at all
>>41242187Yes, you should nuke your facial hair ASAP always. Facial hair is the make or break of passing, right next to voice training and eyebrows. Everything else is estrogen, prayer, and surgery.
>>41242717i mean yeah.. i'm not asking whether i should do it or not. i'm asking how i should do it.
>>41242733>i'm asking how i should do it.By the best means available to you, just get it done.
>>41242187Viqure is a clinic-grade diode laser you can get for $1,200 that should last your entire life
>>41242764not OP but I literally bought this and wasted my moneynot a waste because it doesn't work, but because I'm literally too lazy to use it.tfw self-sabotaging my transition
