at what point does your body make you a neverpasser?

i'm 5'11, have an 18 inch bideltoid, and a 35 inch underbust. is there literally anything i can ever do at all for the rest of my life to pass or should i just kill myself? i want to just kill myself but my friends are telling me it's not over but i think they're wrong.

i used to body pass to some people when i was anorexic... maybe this will work. but that was before i started hrt and i'm scared i masculinised since then and it's not just weight gain
