These types of people seem to think that having those things would rescue them from their situation but they have it all backwards.This sort of isolation comes from a lack of self-confidence which comes from a lack of self-worth. Work on yourself. Exercise. Eat right. Go outside. Get a hobby. Be good at something. Learn how to dress. Find things you enjoy. People don't become losers because they have this level of neuroticism, they have this level of neuroticism because they're losers.
