>>41247903id say monotherapy if your T levels get supressed enough with only estrogen (preferably enanthate) but if you can't really at all then resort to an antiandrogen like bica preferably, but mostly injections work for everyone, just make sure to get tested for E2 and total testosterone and your testosterone is above 50ng/dl
