mtf, straight. I had an orchi. My libido dropped obviously. I'd say it's below normal, but not gone. However, it's much more enjoyable now. Both because I'm more comfortable with myself, and because it feels like a treat instead of having to fulfill some unwarranted impulse.

before hrt I couldn't go 2 days without jacking off and now I just don't feel the urge and instead just fantasise about being lovingly held and cuddled instead which is much better.
