Those of you who have a partner, how did you meet them? Did it take a while to jump from being acquaintances/friends to partners or not? Is it IRL or LDR?

the best strategy is to make friends with social people
>hi friend meet my friend who has friends
learn to memorize fucking names somehow lol and try to be peppy/happy positive, people love that. Eventually you're going to bump into single/prospective gender of your choice
you can either be semi-aggressive and try to ask people out or just be friendly and gently see if anyone's single or into you/knows who's into you. Any given woman only has a 5-10% chance of actually liking you but when they have five or twenty friends and a picture of you to share then the odds of you meeting someone through them scales up up up.
"the normal way is the way" says the monk. Just beware of "friends dating friends" which might be just more of a highschool mindset. People generally forgive and forget at least publicly unless you backstab someone hard
