my dog died, and i wanted to be around animals again, but i couldnt do the dog thing again. a i raised him from pup to pooch.
then i got a girlfriend for a few years.
a really crazy eccentric lady.
and she asked me where i saw myself and i was like "idk i see myself with a horse.." lol
then 6 months later she dropped me off at a horse rescue base. and the lady that ran it took me in for a few years and i got to chill with horses every day and it was honestly one of the most beautiful times of my life. thats where all my old horse pics come from.

if the animals are in a bad environment and the work isnt easy, look somewhere else.

you need a beautiful environment where caring for one will only will take you 15-30 minutes a day.
and you get free horse time.

some are beautiful.

animal sanctuaries and horse rescues are dope and they open up entire networks into working with animals, and even careers like getting training and certifications and all sorts of stuff.

and barns and stables always need extra hands. cause alot of these people dont take days off. and they need clutch hitters to do things away from their animals.


i trade barn chores for horse time.
it works out well.

when a horse finally bonds with you and you have a horse friend, you'll totally get it.
