>>41262105Well, in the case of growing boobs, eating healthy doesn't matter as much as getting the calories you need, which most girls seem to have teouble with. So eating fatty stuff like ice cream is actually good for what you want as long as you don't overdo it and give yourself diabetes or clog your arteries. That's why people weight cycle, you burn all the fat you don't want and then eating at an excess plus hrt will put new stuff where you want it. It's the same thing as body building, but with a different goal. I'm probably explaining stuff you know at this point, though. I just like helping people with this type of stuff. Just exercise and eat what you want (still get the nutrition you need, obviously) and you'll get somewhere at least
