Being trans is an identity based around a specific action (transitioning). It is not innate, you cannot "discover" that you are transgender because you would already know as the only way to be trans is if you are transitioning.
Gender dysphoria does not make you trans, it is a mental disorder which you can either choose to treat by becoming trans or not, this is why reppers are cis
plenty of people transition for reasons other than gender dysphoria, this does not make them "faketrans"
Also, 90% of whether someone is labeled "faketrans" vs "trutrans" is just about how attractive they are, how well they pass, and how much they disrupt society by existing. Hsts is no more innately trutrans than agp. if you found an agp gigapassoid and put them next to an hsts hon the average normie would immediately accept the agp just because they are less societally disruptive. It's just about how many feathers you ruffle.

Gender is fundamentally tied to sex

Trans people arent fully the other gender until they look like the other sex

Trans people who make being trans a part of their gender identity (if they have one) ,and hold that their gender as a trans person is fundamentally different from a sis person ,beyond the klear differenses in experienses ,are voluntarily imposing a third or fourth gender position on themselves
