The problem trans women have, twink death, does not necessarily have an equivalent in trans men because where there are some things that can only be fixed with surgery for mtfs (like really wide shoulders or ribcages), those are usually achievable with roids and muscle building in ftms (even if you have big hips, if you get a wide enough upper body you can end up looking like a wide guy overall)
